1. How do you calculate the odds?
We pay full-track-odds on Win, Place and Show bets; we limit all other bet types to track odds with a maximum payout of 300 to 1.

2. How close to the start of a race can I place a bet?
Wagers can be placed up to post time which is when the horses or dogs enter the gate.

3. How long does it take for my account to be updated after the race is complete?
Your account should be updated a few minutes after the completion of the race.

4. Can a bet be reversed or canceled after it is placed?
No, all bets are final once placed.

5. Do you offer live video simulcasts of the races?
No, currently we do not offer video simulcasts of the races.
